Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to chattanoogatreepros.com and to the referral service offered through it by Chattanooga Tree Pros, operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to send a request, to join our text-message program, or otherwise use the referral service.
What the service is
Chattanooga Tree Pros is a referral and matching service. We publish information about tree removal, trimming, stump grinding and related work in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area and, at your request, pass your details to an independent tree company that covers your area. We are not a tree contractor. We do not remove, trim, climb, grind or otherwise work on trees, we do not employ or supervise the companies we refer you to, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with them. The price, scope, schedule, permits, workmanship, warranty, licensing, and insurance for any job are between you and the company you hire.
SMS program terms
Program description. When our request form is open, checking its consent box means you agree to receive text messages from Chattanooga Tree Pros and from the independent company you are matched with about the request you submitted, such as a confirmation that we received it, which company will contact you, and follow-up about scheduling or a quote. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies with your request, usually a few messages.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts about that request.
- For help, reply HELP to any message or use our contact page.
- Consent is optional. You do not have to agree to receive texts to submit a request or to hire any company.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number and consent is described in the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.
Consent to be contacted
When you send a request, you ask us and the company we match you with to contact you about it at the phone number or email you provide, using the methods you agreed to. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, telling the caller, or contacting us.
Phone calls
Calls to a phone number on this site may be routed to us or to a matched company and may be logged or recorded as described in our Privacy Policy. If a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start.
Information on this site
Our guides are general information, not legal, arboricultural, engineering, or professional advice. Cost ranges are planning figures from dated, named sources, not quotes. City ordinances, utility rules and state law change, and the City of Chattanooga, your own municipality, EPB and Tennessee courts have the final word on what applies to your property. Confirm permits, property lines, and utilities (call 811 before digging; call EPB before any work near a power line) before any work begins.
Independent companies
We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, licensing, registration, insurance, workmanship, or conduct of any company we refer you to or mention on this site. No Tennessee licence is specific to tree work; the state contractor licence applies to projects of $25,000 or more. Before you hire anyone, obtain the company's certificate of insurance, confirm it with the issuing agent, ask whether it is registered under Chattanooga's tree-work registry where that applies, and get the scope and price in writing. See how to verify a Tennessee tree service.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from work performed, or not performed, by any company you hire. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, requests on behalf of someone else without their permission, or content that is unlawful or abusive, and do not try to disrupt or scrape the site.
Content ownership

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms. The "last reviewed" date above shows the latest version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
