Who we are

This website, chattanoogatreepros.com, is Chattanooga Tree Pros, operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. We publish guides about tree removal, trimming and stump grinding in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area and, when a homeowner asks, pass the request to an independent tree company that covers it. We do not remove, trim or climb trees ourselves. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Chattanooga Tree Pros and AuthenitcBrand, LLC; "you" means a visitor to this site or a person who sends us a request.

Information we collect

What you give us. When you ask to be matched, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, neighborhood or ZIP code, the kind of job (for example a removal, storm damage, pruning, or a stump), and details such as the tree's size, what is under it, whether a power line is involved, and timing. If you call a phone number published on this site, we receive your phone number and the call details described below. Until a request form and phone number are published, we collect none of this.

What is collected automatically. Our site and analytics tools record standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page or search that sent you here, and the date and time of your visit.

Text messages and SMS opt-in data

When our request form opens, it will include an optional box you can check to agree to receive calls and text messages about your request from Chattanooga Tree Pros and the independent company you are matched with. If you check it, we collect and keep your mobile number, the fact that you agreed, the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, and the page you used. We also keep a record of the messages we send and your replies, including STOP and HELP replies. We use this information only to send the messages you asked for and to show that you agreed to receive them. You do not have to check the box to send a request.

We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. A referral cannot happen without sharing your request, so we share your contact details and the description of the job with the specific independent company we match you with (and, if that company cannot take the job, with the next company we match you with), only so that company can contact you about the request you made. Beyond that:

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with anyone for marketing.
• Service providers that host this site, run our forms, phone numbers, and contact records, and send messages for us process information only to provide those services to us.
• We may disclose information when the law requires it, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

The company you are matched with is an independent business. After it receives your request, its own privacy practices apply to how it uses your information.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to measure how it is used. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and whether a visit led to a call or a request; Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. We do not run third-party advertising on this site and do not sell data to advertisers.

This site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site. Cloudflare may also load its Web Analytics script, which measures page views and loading speed without using cookies. Cloudflare processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Phone calls and call recording

A phone number shown on this site may be a tracked number that forwards to us or to a matched company. We log call details such as the calling number, date, time, and length of the call. Calls may be recorded to confirm what was requested and to check service quality. No recording takes place until a live phone number is published on this site.

Tennessee allows a call to be recorded with the consent of one party to it (Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-13-601(b)(5)). We do not rely on that rule alone: if a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us, end the call, or use the request form instead.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you give us. This site is served only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to request information is limited to the people and services that need it to handle your request. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep information

We keep request details and consent records as long as we need them to handle your request, to show that you consented, and to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. After that we delete them or remove the details that identify you.

Your rights and choices

• Stop texts: reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help.
• Access, correction, and deletion: ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Stop other contact: ask us at any time to stop contacting you about anything other than a request you have in progress.
• No sale: we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site and its referral service are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
